Applcation style changed

Its all going to be a real time application chat, I have some new tests which i want new members to pass.. The application still has same sort of questions but i ask them directly then fill it in for them the only thing i will get them to do is to make a forum account and say that the above details are there blah blah blah and then they are on a trial period.

cool we just need to get people onto the forums

Well at least I am still using them sorta and so are you, I kicked a few today.. time to make up for our loses ( i dont want anymore usx people)
